Here's a BUNCH of info for ya! Re: OKAY, EXPLAIN THIS TO ME (Coffee in enemas vs. orally)

Great questions and thoughts. I think the info below will help you understand.

The coffee from the enema fluid enters the hemorrhoidal ducts/veins in the lower/sigmoid colon; this is 'basically in a nutshell' a direct line to the liver. The chemicals & enzymes in the coffee absorb into and dilate the hemorrhoidal veins of the colon-to-the-liver causing a reaction that includes an increase in bile production & dilation of the biliary ducts (which flushes the liver of toxic build-up and obstructions) and even more complex reaction that causes your liver to become an extreme "free radical killing machine" for the entire time the enemas is retained. And since all the blood in the body circulates through the liver every 3 minutes, this means that a major percentage of free radicals in the bloodstream are eliminated.

This chemical reaction does not occur when one ingests coffee by mouth. There is no direct line from the digestive tract into the liver.

And below, is the best source of information on coffee enemas I've ever found compiled in one place!

Blessings,

Unyquity

P.S. Bitter or stimulating aside, coffee is both acidic and usually processed with harmful chemicals, so it's always best to avoid ingesting it. But I'm probably never gonna give up my 'cuppa Joe' ever now n' then :)

Dr. Lee Wattenberg and his colleagues were able to show that substances found in coffee—kahweol and cafestol palmitate—promote the activity of a key enzyme system, glutathione S-transferase, above the norm. This system detoxifies a vast array of electrophiles from the bloodstream and, according to Gar Hildenbrand of the Gerson Institute, "must be regarded as an important mechanism for carcinogen detoxification." This enzyme group is responsible for neutralizing free radicals, harmful chemicals now commonly implicated in the initiation of cancer. In mice, for example, these systems are enhanced 600 percent in the liver and 700 percent in the bowel when coffee beans are added to the mice's diet.
