how do you take blackstrap molasses (straight or mixed in hot water, etc?)
i buy blackstrap molasses at grocery store, is there any certain type i should look for? organic? brand name?

pls help i have problem with white sugar---i love it! i also suffer with joint and muscle aches and pains, could this be sugar?
