--answer--positive thinking

Hi igloo9,

Your question: Hi all,
When I'm feeling ok, I think positive. When I'm depressed (or just not feeling well ) the negative thinking flows like water. Any ideas on how to ALWAYS think positive? Sometimes I feel so bad that it seems impossible to think positive, I just get so overwheled with the depression and anxiety. I know this is affecting my ph. I am generally a positive person, although I do tend to be a worrier. I know I can always think positive. I know I can always think positive....I'm trying to be positive!...lol

Answer: If you check your Blood Sugars you may find that when they are too Low that you may have the most problems with Depression?

You must learn that the body must have Natural Complexed Sugars to prevent this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Natural Complexed Sugars contain the needed Alkaline Minerals to match the amount of Sugar !

Blackstrap Molasses is a Good Source to start with and take to Stablize your blood sugars.

Take as needed in small amounts thru the day as you learn to Alkalize and this may help Stablize your blood sugars?

Refined and Processed Sugar, like White Sugar is Poison to the body as it may Cause the Lymphatic Fluids to become too Acidic because it Lack the needed Alkaline Minerals, thus as the body uses White Sugar it Robs Oxygen from the body !

How long can you Live without Oxygen?

Cause and Effect !

"WE" are What "WE" Eat !

Smile Tis your choice.
