You're going to have to get a juicer (check Ebay and Craigslist, ask around), and you'll juice the fruits and vegetables that you CAN tolerate at the moment. There is NO WAY you can get well doing what you are doing right now. You are about to make yourself very, very ill doing what you are doing now.
