i havent heard from u in a while i dont wanna get lost in the forum cause i need help urgently i have been posting messages in different forums cause i have several ailments and i believe they are all connected but have received limited and different suggestions it's frustrating i currently am limited to eating frozen lima beans and seeds like sunflower cause my leaky gut is very severe to the point i smell like feaces i can also taste it i am bloated gassy have heartburn acid reflux thats why i couldn,t eat regular beans including lima beans which even makes me itchy and white stuff comes out of my hair and i become more stiffed in the neck,muscles and joints cause i have arthiritis and i cant have grains,fruits or any sweet veg cause of my candida and the brown rice products make my fecal Body Odor worse so i m now gonna try bob's red mill flaxseed meal to act as a substitute and also gonna try stevia is that a good idea since i have severe candida and also trying coconut milk since i can't digest food and i dont know why i feel wet in my ass even after i wipe it several times it makes my pants smell like feaces and gas keeps coming out of my body i wont even feel it but i smell like i pased gas and odors keep coming out of my mouth and nose it's weird is this all due to lgs i m also trying to get psyllium husk powder,betonite clay and slippery elm powder will it help also trying to get udo's choice ultimate oil blend and his inflammtory and advanced adult digestive enzymes also water kefir to deal with the leaky gut,allergies and intolerance and candida is that a good idea i havent heard from u in a while i wanna get ur insight on what to do about this and what is the best and inexpensive way to go about treating these ailments causes there's a lot of products,diets,treatments and protocols being suggested on these forums it's very overwhelming please help
