Thank you for posting these links, as they contain very good information. The only thing I might take issue with is taking soapsuds enemas following an Oil Enema , despite the fact that I have taken many of these myself in the past as well as administering them to clients.
As Curzone member Ana has posted here previously, soap solution enemas break down and destroy the cellular walls of the delicate mucosal lining of the colon which can have adverse consequences. Best to use standard salt solution, preferably Sea Salt , one teaspoon per pint.
Also, regarding Oil Enema s, I would suggest plain olive oil rather than mineral oil.
