Re: flax seed enema

Hi jessina, I'm pretty conservative about what I put into my own colon as well as that of clients, and this is the first time that I've had anyone asking about flax seed solution for an enema.

Flax is great orally, but I personally wouldn't be the first to try it in an enema. If you or anyone else hears of others using this, or has tried it themselves in an enema, I would appreciate it if you would post the experiences here or e-mail me.
