This is definitely toxins from the die-off that is getting stuck in your lymph system. The reason they recommend SAUNA and doing rebounding exercises (jumping on a trampoline) is to help clean the lymph system.
I've been fighting Candida for the past 2 1/2 months and doing the sauna and jumping exercises in the pool pretty religiously (about 5x week). When I began to slack off, I started to get swollen lymph nodes myself. So there is definitel a connection. I'm back on my sweating and exerise regimen and my lymph nodes got back to normal after a few days.
