Are you supposed to tip the person who does your colonic???

I did my first colonic the other day and in the bathroom next to the room, there was a sign saying tips are appreciated. This place also does massages, acupuntcure, so I wasn't sure who it was meant for. Are you supposed to tip??

Also, if you are doing an extensive cleanse, how many often can you do a colonic? Once a week, twice a week?
