URINE = BLOOD (UT Theory 101)
Blood reaches the kidneys purified, after it has passed through the liver. The liver excretes toxins (bile) into the small intestine and they are eliminated through the bowels. All elimination happens through the bowels. Nature is economical and hasn't created two organs with the same function.
Urine is an extract of your blood in the final stage of its journey through the body. Urine is 95% "structured" water, and the remaining 5% is mainly urea plus numerous other elements. The elements that are usually thought to be eliminated by urination are in minimal quantities.
One of the good things about UT is you receive immediate feedback about the quality of the food you eat and how good it actually is for your body, since it affects the "quality" of your urine/blood. More toxic food will lead to more concentrated urine with stronger taste. Btw, the smell and taste of fresh urine isn't like the smell we associate with public toilets - the smell is gentle, the taste varies from salty to bitter, most often mild. The offensive smell of public toilets comes from ammonia which is not present in fresh urine.
Urine is a picture of your blood at any given moment - if your urine is getting clearer with time, it means your blood is getting purer, which means that the overall condition of your body is improving, since blood is everywhere and its state is the sum total of the state of all organs and systems.
Cheers!
