The only other thing I would be concerned about is infection or vaccine sarcoma. Does the lump feel warm or hot? If so it could be an absess. Warm wet compresses every hour or so should bring it to a head and cause it to burst. Is the lump in the place where the vet gives her shots? If so, I'd have the vet evaluate it and probably have it removed. If it's near the socket, it could be an inflamed bursa sac. Rest and heat alternating with ice is the usual treatment, I think. If it doesn't resolve, the vet can drain the sac and inject cortisone for the inflammation. My husband had this on his knee. It was painful to walk on and the procedure was no pic-nic either.
