food grade 35% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is the cheapest. you have to be careful with it full strength. it must be diluted tremendously. a couple of drops in a large glass of water is a good start. do it on an empty stomach for it is a strong emetic otherwise. there is also a forum for oxygen therapies right here on the zone.
