i like your attitude. i question myself every day about balancing the physical and the spiritual. we are so entertwined, it is difficult to find that good ground. the attacks we are under, intentional or not, do not help. all i know is that, as a called servant, i could not be of any help to anyone else when i couldnt even do for myself. its an ongoing issue.

the benefit of the Iodine docs is limited. we have given them more than their due here. they are still practicing physicians licensed in the united states. that is a problem in and of itself in my book. they cant risk their licenses. take that for what it is worth. the team on this forum have gone way beyond their work, albeit the Science is weak due to resources, not due to results.

it took me two years for the cold coming and going to even out. i feel like my body is working quite normal now and am comfortable at any temp with normal dress for the weather.

look to the basics of oxygen, hydration, cleansing and nutrition to help this process. immune system support from herbs(see natural healing forum).

take your selenium. look into oxygen therapy and Colloidal Silver .
