Some general questions

I had my first colonic about a month ago. The tech said once every one - two months should be good for me for about six, and then once every three to four months for maintenance. It was an interesting experience and seemed to clear up some skin issues some. While receiving the colonic, I could feel my colon fill, but never felt the water move beyond about the middle of the transverse colon. I did not feel that it cleaned out the descending colon. Is this common on a first run? Does this indicate blockage in this area?

I have done three bowel/colon cleanses since last August, and after my experience with a coffee enema a few days ago and the above colonic do not believe I am clean yet. I have suffered with chronic constipation for 35+ years.

The coffee enema I did a few days ago did not appear to do anything at first, however since the enema, I have had intestinal activity like I have not felt in a long time, in addition is seems as though I am releasing some old matter as I seem to feel a little better after each release. I also felt a little slower than usual and had an amazing amount of congestion that disappeared instantly after one particularly strong bowel movement. I believe this increased intestinal activity is slowing up some today, but wow, for the last two days, gas, gurgling, flip, flopping like a snake in my belly... is this common?

I have always thought that my pancreas and spleen needed cleaned/detoxed, does the coffee enema help with these? Does the coffee enema or colonic help open lymphatic waste drainage into the intestines.

How frequently should I continue with coffee enemas if at all? I was thinking once every other week or weekly... Is the once evry two months too often for colonics? I also Liver Flush on a two week schedule and do not want to over do it; thanks for your help and suggestions.
