bad reaction after enemas

Hello everyone,

I have recently started doing enemas when I do a Liver Flush (only twice now). My last one, I did a water enema the day before the flush, then on the day, I did one water enema, two coffee enemas, and lastly an enema with probiotics. On my last coffee enema I started to feel cramps in my upper colon, which got very bad with the probiotic one. For 3 day I had cramps, bloating and very bad gas, none of which I ever have ever. My skin also broke out in bad acne, and I got cold and flu symptoms for the week following. I eat a high fiber vegetable brown rice diet and have no problem going every day, I also never get sick.

Do you think the probiotics caused this bad reaction, like my body was rejecting it? Could they not be very good to introduce that way? Any ideas what was wrong with me? I also find it very hard to go naturally after these enemas, and it takes nearly a week to get my bowel working back to normal. Is that normal?

Sorry for all the questions, thanks for reading!

Heidi
