Re: Can colonics worsen depression initially?

Thanks all. Very interesting. I didn't know that the transverse colon was connected with emotions! I have lots of unexpressed emotions (been afraid to say boo to a goose all my life!) - been depressed for years - have felt very sad this week. I wonder if my solar plexis needs balancing or whether I should just leave the emotions to come out on their own?

I decided to have a colonic because of years of depression, tiredness, loose stools, halitosis, loss of libido, headaches and a suspicion of Gallstones and because I have Osteopenia I wonder if I am not absorbing nutrients properly. I thought I'd have a colon clean out and then maybe a liver flush.

I have one colonic a week. No constipation - loose stools/diarrhea always and a sore itchy bottom!

Thanks in advance.
