How Do I Zap My Cat For Ear Mites

My cat has ear mites that I have tried to treat with mineral oil for a few weeks, I don't think it worked, she is still shaking her head and pawing at her ears.

How can I zap my cat safely? She's 12 years old.
What frequency for mites, 30KHz, 15Hz or 2.5KHz?
How long? How many times? Daily, Weekly?

I'm confused about the different frequencies anyway, which one to use for me too.

Do I have to put the copper handles on her paws? On her ears or both? She won't let me hold her for more than a minute or two.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
