Vinegar Foot Bath

An easy to do vinegar foot bath: Use a tub or pan large enough to soak your feet up to the ankle. Fill the tub with very warm water, but not real hot. Add 1/2-3/4 cup good quality cider vinegar. Soak feet 20-30 minutes, then allow feet to air dry if possible.

A friend suggested this to me. I am not sure why it works, but it really seemed to rev up the circulation in my legs and I felt energized too.
