Hi Sara, I am sorry to be so late answering you, for some reason your post just showed up today. That vibrating in your foot is nerve related, but I am not sure if it is due to MS or another reason. MS is so strange, it can go into what seems like remission for months or longer then come back with a whole different set of symptoms. I used to do respite care for an older lady with MS. Some days she seemed fine, then her legs would get weak, or her eyes would not focus.

Have you recently eaten foods that can cause inflammation? Things like sugar, artificial sweeteners, too much dense protein (like a lot of lean meat) can all create inflammation. Try soaking your feet in Epsom salt or magnesium chloride. Magnesium helps sooth irritated nerves.
You might also want to try a vinegar foot soak. They are very nice.
