Releasing during colonics

Hi AyaGirl, your experience during your first 2 colonics is not that unusual. What your therapist is telling you sounds reasonable to me. It appears that waste matter has been accumulating in your colon for some time, and if it becomes dehydrated it can be very difficult to remove.

Have you tried cleansing enemas at home? Enemas can help to rehydrate your colon and soften hardened and impacted stool. You can easily reach the transverse colon with a 3-4 pint enema, and massaging it yourself in the same manner and place as your therapist does, should help to stimulate a good release. I'd suggest home enemas in between your colon hydrotherapy sessions.

For information on how to give yourself an enema, see http://valerie_cct.tripod.com/enemas.html and http://www.iquestsight.com/enema.html

Best wishes, Valerie
