I have to strongly disagree based on the facts:

-All diseases and disorders ARE NOT caused from acidity as he claims. In fact, very few diseases and disorders have anything to do with acidity.

-Most pathogens not only live in an alkaline environment, but actually thrive in an alkaline environment. Look at Candida for an example, which remains in a relatively harmless yeast form as long as it is in an acidic environment. And the acid environment turns off the Candida growth gene. If placed in an alkaline environment though the Candida turns to a highly aggressive and dangerous fungal form, and its growth gene is turned on.

-Taking substances such as baking soda, which he has recommended can cause all sorts of health problems by not only neutralizing the stomach acid, but also by throwing off the electrolyte balance in the body.
