I did what I could for the kidney pain.(although I still need to make up my kidney tea today) I'm very blessed to have such wonderful support and friends.....one is an accupuncturist, and between what I did for my kidneys, and the 'seeds' she put in my ears to open my kidney meridian, I feel much better. I'm going to keep flushing, I'm thinking 5 more times with colonics with two to three weeks between.....

My mind is getting clearer....the sleeping is getting better....I slept 5 hours last night with is the longest I've slept for quite a while.....my neighbor said my skin looks better, the accupuncturist was pleased with my color and my pulses, and all is looking very VERY hopeful.

I'm excited to be headed in the right direction!
