you know, i like manipulation - massage, chiropractic adjustments, etc. but i was thinking more about this today and i cant think of a more perfect cure than the orange juice fast. 30-45 days of no food in the gut and that suc*** will find its correct position and heal in that position. face it. the way this happens is from over eating to begin with.

i love the orange juice fast. a friend of mine calls it "lancing the boil of hunger." i like that.
