Re: Urine Enemas

Hi, I've stopped doing urine enemas for the moment as I'm going through a mercury detox and was concerned about repoisoning myself!

When I have done them in the past yes they seemed to help a lot with regards to cleaning junk out of the bowel, increased energy and mental clarity.

I would normally use 1 pint, half warm water, half *fresh* urine though obviously you can use a lot more than that. If you are very bunged up bowel wise, best to do a flushing enema first followed by a urine enema so you get the best from it.

I know someone who got rid of a 10 inch parasite doing regular urine enemas.
