Re: full bag in one sitting? Figuratively, I presume?

Hey, I'm really new at this enema thing. And at this point, I'm a klutz. If I did it on my bed, oh boy, i'd be in trouble. I'm a really short person, 5 feet, so, I've been putting a towel in the bathtub, so when I don't do as well as I might, the clean up is a little easier. Although I do need more bleach...(lOL--I hate the smell, if anyone has another suggestion?)

I'm thinking I put four cups of liquid in the bag.....and it is taking me about 3 times to get the first bag in (celtic salt and water) and it's easier with the second bag (soadsy or tincture) and I THINK I was suggested to finish with just a wash of saline again. I have no idea if I'm doing it "right".

Somewhere in here is supposed to be a retention enema, but I'm not to that yet. I assume that will be when I try to hold something healthy.

The fact I end up with a mess (I don't necessarily make it to the pot effortlessly, of course, I do have to climb out of the tub, maybe I SHOULD try NEXT to the tub--my bathroom is pretty small, if I was tall it would never work.

Anyhow, in my "newbieness" I'd say if you got the bag done in two 'sittings', but of course your NOT in an upright position, you did pretty well. And yes, ideally, someday, I'll be able to get the whole second bag in.

don't forget the probiotics, right?
