Thanks and yes - am suspicious of quality variance.
The strawberries were a plesant surprise... i will be curious to measure the frozen we purchase.
One thing is certain.. I was really counting on greens for my minerals... and was clearly NOT getting them.
I am adding more kelp, will continue with the alkalizing drink, the am skim milk, nuts, seeds, and occasional red salmon with bones.....
In fact.. i just had a finely grated green salad topped with nori, 1/2 can of red sockeye salmon, lime juice and olive oil... it was DELICIOUS.
My diet is 80+ alkalizing... I am not going to "sweat" over some salmon or nuts/seeds once a day.
I cannot be 100% sure at this time... but the animal protein does seem to give me strength..?? hmmm....
Could it be the calcium in the milk.. and the bones of the fish?
