I am on day 4 as well.(had to restart because of some problems) and I have been feeling kind of nauseas so I can relate! It will pass(as I have experienced from before)
Sometimes its the combo. of herbs and juice and esp. the cayenne as I have found out. Have you made potassium broth? It really helps. I finished off the last of my batch and now I have anther one bubbling on the stove. I threw in some fresh cayenne and it's going to be yum! =)
So anyways, try the potassium broth and taking it easy(when you can) and know "this too shall pass"
