health food is what to look for in phone book.

i have always got flushes and cleanses from my local health food store works fine.

iget vit d3 (must be d3-synthetic d2 they put in cow's milk(don't use it)is poison-like the vit e- dl alpha tocopheral they sell-problem is the "l" in the dl makes it synthetic left helixical poison) from puritan's pride.tho i don't buy resveratrol or coq 10 from them, but life extension foundation.if you join them, you can order your own cheap blood tests.iherbs a good source.

i have researched it, prefer magnesium malate for bioavailability.

main thing is stop eating anything in a can or box.and heat food as little as possible.only coconut oil for sauteeing,olive oil for cold things.no processed meats.must come off a bone.

the 4 high gluten things: dairy,wheat,sow,corn.eggs are not dairy.

bread should be sprouted grains.Ezekial is easily found.use at minimum.

stevia instead of sugar,filtered or distilled or RO water, glass no plastic
