liver flush and periods

Hi ,

I have done my first Liver Flush 2-3 weeks back and my period seems to be light this time( considering i have endo, its strange ).

Has anyone experienced a lighter and less painful period after just one flush? Its hard to think this is an improvement since its only one flush , and I am thinking I may have done something wrong for the period to change like this.Is i have one light period(which I do maybe one a year) , then the following one is horrendous and come back with a vengenance!!!

I am concerned the next one would be horrible ! Anyone has any experiences /inputs to share about this?
