Thanks for replying. I'll give vitamin D3 a try. I started using some grape seed extract/teatree/peppermint oil type mouthwash and it seems to be helping for now with the breath.
my question for you is how long were you cleansing with psyllium before you saw results? And what does it mean when after taking psyllium, whenever I pass gas it is really HOT and SUPER STINKY. Anyone experience this? My bowel movements are getting better, by the way. At first they were really gross looking haha. Almost like a sea monster, or a creature with legs lol. I thought it was a good thing.
