If you read a bit further she says:

"It is unlikely I will be able to finish this 40 day fast, considering the amount of fat cells I have left in my body and the number of days in the fast, but I will make a reasonable effort to fast as many days as possible, without putting my health at risk."

I cant believe she didnt reach full starvation state during her first and second 40 day fast.

She must of had a bit of fat on her.

I think she genuinely wants to fast to completion.

Simply amazing.
