Two-Part Lid to ensure Vacuum Seal

Bascially, the lid has two parts: a plate and a ring. You slightly over-fill the juice, put the plate on, some juice will spill-over (indication of a seal!), and screw the ring to secure the plate to the jar. Voila, you now have as vacuum seal (well almost...)
