Thanks for the reply, the explanation on Prednisone makes a lot of sense, I had a feeling that it was the culprit in not losing any weight. I broke the dry fast at around 48hrs and have transitioned to water only for the time being. The water actually fired up my appetite/cravings so I had to muster additional strength to not break the fast, it also gave me a headache - I only drank about 4oz, just enough to satisfy my thirst. I've drank about 20oz today so far, my thirst still isn't that bad. For me atleast, dry fasting seems easier.

I only noticed one symptom during the dry fast. Uncomfortable urination.. the increased concentration of toxins obviously does make a difference during elimination.

I've lost about 2lbs since the last post and I've noticed my face isn't as puffy (fluid retention), so its doing its work just at a slower pace initially. No ketones detected yet.
