I am not a MD, my evaluation is based from my own experience. With the information you have given, it is difficult for me to make any concrete suggestion. However I am going to guess at an answer based on my own experience.

First, I don’t believe that the three enemas you took have affected you so badly unless something was contaminated. It could be water or the equipment. Three 1 cup plain water enemas should not cause problems for so long. There is something else going on.

I believe that you have an infection and need to see a doctor.
