Occational pain and discomfort after enema! Please Help!

Hi,
I did my first enema yesterday and i did everything right allthough i did three small enemas, is this too many at one time?
Anyway, i started to feel discomfort and a little bit of pain after and now the next day it is still there?!
What should i do? Did i over do it and it just needs a bit of time to recover?
