Cleansing enemas

What type of enemas are considered "cleansing enemas"?

I am also confused on the procedure. Do you fill up your intestine with the entire 2 quarts at once? Then evacuate it and fill it up again with something else? Then evacuate it and then put probiotics in another 2 qt. of water and fill up the intestine again and then evacuate that?

Then repeat the process the next day? Thanks.
