Yes....I developed hypothyroidism after getting the Mirena. So did the two other women I know who also had Mirenas. All three of us now have to take meds for the rest of our lives. Coincidence? Don't think so. I'm sure we all developed this autoimmune disease from the silicone foreign body in out uteruses. My endocrinologist had no comment when I suggested it was the Mirena. I sure hope you feel better soon. My heart goes out to all the women who have suffered so terribly with so many problems.
