Magnesium ELIMINATED by 6 Month Bout of Hypertension!
I just wanted to boost this up because I safely lowered six months of hypertension by taking magnesium twice a day...two pills twice a day!!! The doctor had me monitor it and it would fluctuate up to 160...and they were talking meds...which I am against! Anyway, once I started that regimen two weeks ago I have not had a problem with my blood pressure!!!
