Re: SAFETY: HYPERTENSION? ... Can I use Epsom Salts if I suffer from High Blood Pressure ?

I was wanting to do a bath detox that calls for Epsom Salt but I am a little hestitate about doing it for the fact that I have sone issues with high blood pressure. It has been under control for the past 3 years. my dic was goung to take me off of it but decided to leave me on it not for my blood pressure but for the fact that it is also a water pill and since I am trying to lise weight he said that it will help.
