what's up with all you people eating ground up rocks and taking synthetic vitamin C?

Did you know the overwhelming majority of the vitamin C made in the world comes from China? With their reputation for toys painted with lead paint, chemicals added to milk to boost protein readings, antifreeze added to toothpaste for sweetness, why why why would you put anything in your body from China?

And as far as ground up rocks, sure the body can sort of use them... but we really need minerals in an organic form, you know with a carbon atom attached.

How about a tea made out of alfalfa, red clover, nettles and horsetail? All the minerals you could ask for.
