Re: Water enemas needed before and after the coffee enema?

Onone occasion the problem seemed to be loss of electrolytes, so I try to have a couple of vegetable juices that day. I also have a couple of Bentonite shakes the same day to pick up any released toxins, unless I have finished the coffee enema with a probiotic implant (which I do at the end of a fasting cleanse).

The problem is that the first time I had a coffee enema, when I was fairly inexperienced, I had such a feeling of wellness, energy, etc., whereas ever since I have tended to feel fractionally worse after the coffee enema. In fact, I feel that any improvement in symptoms due to the initial cleansing enemas is then lost by following up with the coffeee enema.

I'll experiment with fresh coffee and keep it in an airtight container though - thanks for that idea. And maybe I need a better strainer.

Any other suggestions would be gratefully accepted.
