Water enemas needed before and after the coffee enema?

Hi - what do people think?

Richard Anderson says water enems beforehand are important to avoid contaminating the liver but says nothing about a quick enema after the coffee one to flush out the coffee grounds.

Others sources don't mention having water enemas before or after.

I've been having problems with the coffee enema and wonder if this may have an effect. Tweet
