Thank you so much for replying and website details.
Everyone seems to be raving about biodentical hormones, and I do believe that they may help some. However I don't think that natural progesterone helps everyone. I think that the cream I was using may have had other ingredients that perhaps did not suit.
I hope that you had success with HRT, or at least did not suffer too many symptoms.
