some questions...please?

Hi am I just wondering, if there is a list any where of what enema's are good for what! In the above questions it gives all the recipe's, but not what there for, can anyone help here? I tried the coffee enema for a number of weeks about 6 months ago, but I have alot of pelvic and bowel inflammation and it seemed to irritate the pain. Anyway Shelly said to keep it to a quart of warm water and teaspoon of salt, till I am a bit better. Today I tried this for the first time because I have kept off bread and wheat for a while and I have had a couple of pieces the last couple of days and my stomach was so bloated that I felt like I just had to get rid. The thing is nothing came out with the enema except the salt water. Will it stll have helped in any way? Thanks...Moonie Tweet
