I was zonked this afternoon, tried to take a nap but couldn't, so I prayed instead. I got this "word" for somebody here who really needs to hear it. I'm going to stand up and receive this word for myself, too. The "word" is "love yourself."
The entire focus of this forum could be summed up in those two words. Love yourself. Why are we sick (outside of the fact that the Powers/Pozers That Be... thanks Elf :-)... have it in for us)? Most often the truth is that we haven't loved ourselves enough.
There are twenty common sense steps to Natural Healing. I originally thought I would post each step systematically and that we would all embrace each step corporately as a forum body. The forum is growing too fast for that. Y'all need to know what we are doing and get going on the program.
Here are the twenty steps:
1. Pure water (1/2 of your body weight in
ounces of well filtered water everyday, not tap water)
2. Fresh vegetable juice (at least 1
quart everyday. Buy a juicer- it's non-optional)
3. STOP eating ALL animals and animal products (this means become a vegan)
4. Eat more live, raw foods (meaning not cooked.
Dr. Schulze says 75-25% raw to cooked vegan food if you're healthy, 100% raw vegan if you're sick, and juice fasting if you're seriously ill or on the Incurables Program)
5. Bowel Cleansing (Intestinal Detoxification Program #1-2, and either home high enemas or professional colonics)
6. 5 day Cleansing and Detox Program (Liver/Kidneys, including liver and kidney flushes, and Uny and I add daily
coffee enemas to this)
7. Practice DEEP breathing (I do this as a part of my yoga practice. Dr. Christopher says to do it twice a day for 10 minutes each time)
8. Move more, sweat everyday for 1 hour (I like to say "play hard" but I mean "get a good, hard workout")
9. Hot and Cold Hydrotherapy (hot and cold contrast showers, steam saunas and Swedish ice plunges, etc) daily
10. Wear cotton and other natural fibers only (100% wool, silk, linen, or cotton...lol you girls wanted an excuse to buy new clothes, didn't you?)
11. Use all natural soap, shampoo, toothpaste and household cleaners (

12. Stop watching television, especially the news (We aren't mindless mainstream media sheep! Read good books instead! I'm going to add "get off the computer and go outside" lol)
13. Throw away or give away 1/3 of what you own (me: sell it on Ebay and make some money to pay for your juicer and produce)
14. Start loving yourself & your life (Positive affirmations, visualizations, goal setting... shoot, buy some gold star stickers and start giving them to yourself lol)
15. Express your emotions (Get it out! Good, bad, and ugly! We are humans! Humans have emotions!)
16. Help someone everyday (fanTAStic for
Depression and loneliness)
17. Laugh more - learn 1,000 jokes (and smile more, sez me)
18. Have more sex (perpetual honeymoon! Are you single? Stick with this program and you won't be for long!)
19. Meditate, pray. Listen to yourself (what are your inner thoughts actually saying? Not listening to yourself may be what is making you sick)
20. Love, love, and love more!!! (Yourself and others)
I am going to post this, and below it I will write and post an example of how this might work in practice. There is SOMEBODY out there among our gentle forum folk who needs to hear this.
