Re: Hypertension woes
This is very much a wholistic program, treating the whole person(body, mind and spirit). The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. In thinking this way, we realize that trying to diagnose, much less treat, one specific problem is difficult. Thankfully, it is generally not even necessary. What I mean is that if you treat the whole person the specific problems usually take care of themselves; they are resolved. I have little doubt that if you did the whole program you would get your blood pressure where you need it to be. It might take a few months but it would happen. Of course, there are many versions of doing the program, and we each do what we can.
Your BP symptom could be from one or more of the things you mentioned, or it could be from something different. I would suggest learning all that you can, and virtually everything you will need to drastically improve your health is available right here at this forum. In the meantime you can lower BP by adhering as much as you can to one of the eating lifestyles suggested by Schulze: 100% raw vegan food, or 80% raw vegan with some steamed veggies(I foget the details on this version), or juice fasting. Eat 3 to 6 large raw garlic cloves per day(more is better). I range between 5 and 15 per day. Today I had 10 cloves by noon and hardly notice the garlic in my food. Spend at least 15 to 30 minutes a day outside barefoot on the grass or soil or sand at the beach. Spend as much time as possible in nature and relaxing places. Listen to classic or relaxing music. Drink pure water(distilled or reverse osmosis). Reduce stress, whether it comes from work or relationships or whatever. Reduce or stop watching television, especially the news and shows which create tension. Take hot/cold showers; this is two minutes hot to start, then switch to cold for one minute, back to hot for one minute, back to cold... do five or more rounds. Anything which creates circulation can help normalize blood pressure. Take cayenne powder or tincture 3 times a day, beginning with small doses; your body gets used to it and you can then tolerate more. You need the hot cayenne. The bag of powder I bought here from Unyquity is the single best deal on a health supplement or product I have ever purchased, and its HOT. The hotter the healthier!
There are so many ways to lower your BP, and if you do as many aspects of the IP as you can you will soon find that out. Begin letting go of some of your less than healthy habits, and begin forming new healthier ones. Throw out or give away some of the things you don't need, those things cluttering your living space. All extra, unneeded possessions clog our space and block energy. Energy flow is needed to heal, and this even affects BP. Read Schulze's 20 steps to a healthier life; these are the things he talks about.
Stop taking supplements and substances which are not natural; these are counterproductive to health, including BP. If you don't yet exercise you can begin with short walks and gradually increase distance and speed. Practice deep breathing, which is GREAT for lowering BP. Hugs with loved ones are known to lower BP for some moments or minutes or hours afterwards. Pets do this as well, such as a loving dog or cat. I could go on and on, but the point of all this is that living a natural and healthy lifestyle normalizes BP and all other functions of the body. The Incurables Program was developed to heal those who have gotten out of this natural balance; but doing it will restore it. The mind and spirit can be aided by yoga, meditation, biofeedback, and countless other means. I find walking in nature to be my moving meditation, and I'm more inclined to relax this way then trying to meditate staying still. Normalizing one's weight is also good for normalizing BP.
So read those Schulze files you have, and begin doing what you can. Also read as many of Unyquity's postings as you can. Look for hers which are marked RRR; some of them are real gems and worth reading several times. Wings and some others here have some gems as well.
Good luck!
