K-Broth: Why Cook? Isn't Raw Better?

Uny, I guess my question is why cook it?

I undertand that it's nice to have some hot food once in a while esp. in those cold winter months. It's comforting and therefore the body might assimilate more, making up for the lost enzymes during the cooking process. But other than that, I don't see the point of cooking the K-Broth. From a nutritional stand point, isn't it better to just juice them?

-Just Puzzle!?!, thx, tie.
