Spudly- sorry, didn't mean you as being one having a "death wish" like Beck talks about.

My mom was one of them. I think that's what's gotten to me with the step-daughter with not only herself, but her children as well...it's more like, if you ignore the problem- there is no problem...until it then becomes a crisis that can't be ignored. Living in denial, I guess.

My mom had plenty of "mini" heart-attacks prior to the fatal one that killed her 4 years ago. I know that the only person that can take charge of doing something for themselves, and learn more about what is affecting them personally (diet, nutritional deficiencies, etc), is only that person.

It's not easy to make changes.
