Re: amazing 'road to damascus moment' yesterday

Dandelion Greens are great for the liver. We eat them. I get teased for having them in my garden. I tell them in Europe the Dandelion is considered a flower. In Texas, it is considered a weed.

You know it is good for liver function and why it is great for survival food. It has nutritive salts for the body to purify the blood.

It promotes circulation, strengthens weak arteries, cleanses skin blemishes, restores gastric balances
from those who have suffered throwing up. Here is what I like about dandelion greens...restores tooth enamel. I did not know it was full of protein and Vitamin A.Good sources of Vitamin B,C,and E..ect.,...

I'm still don't know it all on nutrition. I thought that beans and rice together was how to get a protein balance.

I did not know that all vegitables had amino acids in them.
(cris..)mentioned that on one post.

Sorry,
Back dandelions, I wonder how it helps age spots. maybe
by applying the juice of the broken stem to hand and allowing to dry?
Dandelion lowers blood pressure.

I saw a receipe for dandelion soup somewhere. I use to make tea from the yellow flower.
