I've been eating kefir for a while now and i just thoroughly enjoy it. I love the fact that i can make my own kefir from kefir grains and that i can make a lot of different recipes from it. And the fact that my body feels better than ever from it.
I was browsing through the forums and thought i might start one and see if anyone out there has had some experience whether good or bad or out of this world to share.
